With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dennis Irvin Kuempel of Amarillo, Texas, who passed away on April 15, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Kuempel and Dorothy Kuempel. He is survived by: his wife Gay; his children, Dennis Irvin Kuempel, Jr. (Brenda) and Gina Darleen Cravey (Matthew); his sister Kaye Kaiser (Butch); his grandchildren, Michael Christian Puschman, James Tyler Puschman (Hailee), Joshua Garrett Puschman, Payton Grace Cochran, Gunnar Stevens, Garrison Stevens, Gracelin Stevens and Sarah Ochsankehl (Andy); his children, William, Maddie, Samantha, Logan Cravey and Morgan Cravey; and his great grandchild Josie James Puschman. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, and much extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to Arden Road Baptist Church, 6701 Arden Rd, Amarillo, Texas 79109.
