He is survived by: his parents, Daniel Martinez of Canyon and Jody Martinez of Amarillo; his brothers, Daniel Martinez (DJ), Dakota Puga (Jacee), Lukas Martinez, Brayden Martinez and Eric Martinez; his stepsister Jordan Birch; his nephew Casey Puga; and his grandparents, Patti Powers, Robert and Esther Lopez.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be to The David Martinez Music Scholarship Fund at Canyon High School.
