He was predeceased by: his mother Luvina Hill; and his brothers, Pat Kelly Hill, Tommy Lee Hill and Little Jim Hill, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Celestine Allen, Tonita Allen and Angelique Cummings; and his siblings, Vera McClendon of Amarillo, Barbara Johnson of Amarillo, Sandra Hill of Amarillo, Priscilla Hill of Amarillo, Janice Hill Davis of Amarillo, Gregory Hill, Eddie Lee Hill, Noland Hill and Norman Hill. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.
