He was predeceased by: his parents, William Forrest Mooney and Jenny Blankenship Mooney; and his siblings, Bill Mooney, Johnny Mooney and Naomi Fox.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, David (Cydne) of Amarillo and Kathy Calloway (Chris) of Robson Ranch, TX; his grandchildren, Christen Calloway of Grand Rapids, MI, Aidan Mooney (Brooke) of Amarillo and Alison Shira (Justin) of Midwest City, OK; his great grandchildren, Taylor Autry, Madison Mooney, Cameron Mooney and Reagan Shira; and his siblings, Marvin Mooney (Sherry) of Tulsa, Danny Mooney (Sandra) of Grove, OK, Linda Tiller (Ed) of Pigeon Forge, TN and Virginia Cannon (Mike) of Lindsay, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to St. Paul's Methodist Church in Amarillo or BSA Hospice of the Southwest.
