Anna Jean Neel Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Anna Jean Neel of Amarillo, Texas, born in Centralia, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 16, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Cox and Gladys Cox; and her husband Valjean Neal. She is survived by: her daughters, Sherri Gayle Evans (Joel) of Montrose, CO and Lesa Ann Lemke of McKinney, TX; her grandchildren, Stacie Evans, Jenny Abbott (Drew), Carly Lemke and Austin Lemke; and her great grandchildren, Jayden, Reese, Davis and Dillon.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to Heal the City, 609 S. Carolina St., Amarillo, Texas 79106.
