She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay Buley and Daisy Kathryn Buley (Hogan). She is survived by: her children, Mark D. Mumaw of Grafton and Shannon L. Lewis (Chris) of Alvarado, TX; and her grandchildren, Shane Mumaw (Lynsey) of Grafton, Mindy Mumaw (Jonathon Sphar) of Kingwood, Damien Holsclaw (Geoff Tygret) of Bluffton, SC, Cameron Holsclaw (Allie Moore) of St Albans, WV, Collin Holsclaw of Yemesee, SC and Christopher Lewis (Triston) of Joshua, TX. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
