She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Pedro Dominguez and Guadalupe Dominguez; her son Ray Calderon; her husband Nestor Calderon; her children, Lucy Spurgeon (Ron) and Nestor Calderon Jr. (Tamara); and her siblings, Juan Dominguez, Tomasa Rey, Alicia Hernandez, Gloria Byrd and Lollie Whitehead. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren, and fifteen great grandchildren.
