He was predeceased by: his parents, Logan L. "Doc" and Ella Mae Potter Kuykendall; and his brother E. J. Kuykendall. He is survived by: his wife Petra Kuykendall of Alba; his daughter Shanon Craig of Alba; his siblings, Mike, Gary, Johnny and Nancy; his grandchildren, Gary, Logan and Tiffany; and his great grandchildren, Levi, Eloise, Callie and Adelyn. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
