We are sad to announce that on October 1, 2020, at the age of 75, Frances Follis of Alba, Texas, born in Knoxville, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Clem and Verona Cochran Clem; and her sister Elizabeth Lamm. She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Barker of Alba and Christopher Ussery of Alba; her siblings, Buster Clem of Campbell, Susie White of Greenville, Mary Jo Popma of East Mountain and Vickie Wagner of Cedar Rapids, IA; her granddaughter Samantha Barker of Alba; and her great grandchildren, Amelia Neverez, Teagan Jones and Jackson Jones. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
