He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Sr. Webb and Emma Peggy Horn Webb. He is survived by: his wife Betty J. Jordan of Abilene; his children, Robert M. Webb III (Lori) of Vernon and Libbie Jones of Abilene; his sister Debra Jaquez (Adam) of Yoakum, Texas; his granddaughter Emily Belcher (Nolan); his great grandchildren, Hunter and Lincoln; his grandson Billy Jones (Amanda); his great grandchild Tucker; his grandchild Robby Jones (Mallory); his great grandchild Olivia; his grandchildren, Lyndie Jones and Sarah Lundgren (Brant); his great grandchildren, LeRoy and Barlee Barron; and also, Asher and Lyrik.
