We are sad to announce that on July 21, 2024, at the age of 93, Rafael Lara Medrano of Abilene, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Luis Medrano and Imelda Lara; his daughter Olga Rua Medrano; and his brother Ruben Medrano. He is survived by: his wife Maria Gonzaga Medrano; his children, Luis Alcaraz Medrano of California, David Medrano of Abilene Texas, Rafael Medrano (Elma Medrano) of Arkansas and Ariana Renteria (Luis Renteria); his grandchildren, Faith Alcaraz, Luis Alcaraz, Odessa Renteria, Atiana Renteria, Erika Medrano, Eduardo Medrano, Daniel Medrano and Jessica Saenz Rua; and his great grandchildren, Olivia Lebreaulth, Gracie Medrano, Omar Saenz and Isaac Saenz. He is also survived by many brothers, sister, nephews, nieces, cousins.
