He is survived by: his wife Patsy Campbell of Abilene; his sons, Mike Campbell (Nora Campbell) of Abilene and Chad Campbell (Amy Lepard Campbell) of Colleyville, Texas.; his grandchildren, Grayson Jay Campbell, Dax Phillip Campbell, Cannon Monroe Campbell, Dodge David Campbell and Peyton Patsy Campbell; and his nephews, Steve Olen Campbell and Richie Campbell. He is also survived by relatives, nieces, nephews and cousins.
