She was predeceased by: her parents, Bradley Martin and Gladys Leona Prentice; her husband Wayne Allen; her son Stephen Wayne Allen; and her siblings, Ralph Prentice, Ross Prentice, Floyd "Big Pete" Prentice, Neil Prentice, Melvin "Little Pete" Prentice and Erma Prentice Whorton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jaynie Allen Branham (John) and Judy Allen Barnett; her grandchildren, Benjamin Barnett and Christina Pratt (Joel); her great grandchild John Broughton; and her sister-in-law Emmalee Prentice. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
