He is survived by: his parents, Edward C. Chandler (Tandy) of Henderson, TX and Marcy Garrett Swan (Elmer) of Fulton; and his siblings, Laura Thomas (Griffin) of LOngview, TX and Jeff Handojo (Christie) of Houston, TX. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
