He was predeceased by: his parents, Israel Jose Garza Sr. and Maria Estella Garcia; his daughter Maria Estella Garza Borjas; his grandsons, Omar Garza and Juan Angel Martinez; and his sisters, Maria Magdalena Robledo, Antonia Garza and Seferina Garza Guerra.
He is survived by: his daughters, Marivel (Rudy Esquivel) of Floydada, Yolanda Garza Solis of Abilene and Melisa Garza Herrera of Abilene; his siblings, Oscar Garza, Gilbert Garza (Veto), Herman Garza, Porfirio Garza (Casper), Vicente Garza, Esmerejildo Garza, Marguerita Contreras (Maggie), Isabel Lopez, Jane Lamas, Odilia Garza Cavazos and Brenda Garza Falcon; his grandchildren, Lil Rudy (Cuy), Adam Joe, Victoria Esquivel, Stephanie Thompson, Jake Luna, Liliana Baeza and Mariana Baeza; and his great grandchildren, Jordan, Alizee, Angel, Andreya, Andrez, Baby Graza, Auzreah, Aliah, Elijah, Ariyah, Nevaeh, Jocelynn, Isaiah Lee, Azanay Navay, Asreniah and Amazaih Esquivel. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
