It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Ann Gallaway of Abilene, Texas, who passed away on May 23, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Beulah Steele and Ervin Edmond Steele. She is survived by: her children, Chad Gallaway (Jennifer) and Chantel Gallaway; her husband Gary Gallaway; her grandchildren, Collin, Alyssa Gallaway and Mason Meffert; and her siblings, Johnny Wright, Sr., David Steele (Beulah Wright Steele), Buddy Steele, Terry Steele, Patricia Steele of Abilene, Texas, Janice Steele of Abilene, Texas, Doris Foggle and Ann Wheeler (Henry) of Deanville, Texas. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that any donations be made to Hendrick Hospice Care of Abilene.
