He was predeceased by: his father L. Scott Gillaspie (Bud); his uncles, Vito De Marzo and Paul Gillaspie; and his grandparents, Bill, Jane Gillaspie, Bud and Lorriane Hawk.
He is survived by: his mother Beverly J. Gillaspie; his siblings, Ron Gillaspie (Diane) and Jana Gillaspie Chorn (Kenneth); his nephew Asher; his nieces, Nyctasia, Cadence, Cassidy and Carsyn; his aunts, Marcia De Marzo and Jeanette Watson; and his close friend Vanessa Jolly.
