He is survived by: his wife Janie Dalrymple; his daughter Melodi Kammann (Ralph) of Chicago, Illinois; his stepchildren, John Edwards (Brenda) of Brownwood and Donna Young of Edmond, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, McKinzey Kammann, Ashton Kroner (Casey) and Chase Childress; his stepgrandchildren, Lindsey Mauldin (Justin), Lanie Edwards, Taylor, Heather McGrew, Daniel, Stephanie McGrew, Morgan and Ethan Gingrich; his brother Marion; and his sister-in-law Glenda Simpson.
