With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carlos Lopez of Abilene, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 23, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Juana Lopez and Leocadio Lopez; and his sisters, Catalina Lopez and Sara Lopez. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Lopez; his children, Juana Lopez (Juan), Melisa Lopez (Jorge) of Mexico, Carlos Lopez Jr. (Betina) of Abilene, Texas., Melinda Garcia (Adam) of Abilene, Texas. and Fernando Lopez (Emily) of Abilene, Texas.; his siblings, Agustin Lopez, Jose Lopez of Abilene, Galdino Lopez, Vicente Lopez of Mexico, Leovarda Lopez, Leticia Lopez, Roberta Lopez and Auxilio Lopez of Mexico; and his great grandchildren, Emmanuel, Guillermo, Lilliana, Carlos Miguel, Alejandro, Mariah of Abilene, Citlali, Yesenia, Jorge, Juana, Guadalupe, Dulce of Mexico, Emiliano Lopez of Abilene, Flor, Alexa, Regina, Alejandra, Sara, Misael, Ariadna and Emiliano Quintero of Mexico.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the North's Funeral Home (242 Orange St, Abilene, TX 79604). A rosary will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Vincent Pallotti Catholic Church (2525 Westview Dr, Abilene, TX 79603).
