It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Abraham Williams (Abilene, Texas), who passed away on March 31, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Abraham Cewood Williams Sr. and Allessia Willams; his stepfather Bo Polk; his siblings, Dwight Williams, Charles Williams, Ronald Williams, Sylvester Polk and Wanda Rhea Enix; his mother-in-law Bernistein Tate; and his siblings-in-law, Billy Ray Stiggers (Henry Tate Jr.), Mary Tate, Ladonna Williams, Beverly Williams, Reba Williams and Edith Stiggers.
He is survived by: his wife Lynda Faye Tate Williams; his children, Raymond Williams, Rodney Williams (Helen), A'mard Williams (Bonnie), Kelly Williams (Dora), Malcolm Tate (Dawn), Shannon Fields (Gerome) and Loretta Cockrell (Anthony); his siblings, Katrina Porter, Amelia Hilmon, Linda Warren, Yolanda Hambrick, Amber Williams, Keith Williams and Adrian C. Williams; his sister-in-law Marsha Alexander; his uncle C. M. Williams; his nieces, Kimberly Enix and Mylliah Royals; and his nephew Derek Howell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousin, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
