He is survived by: his significant other Tina Murr; his daughters, Kelsie Murr, Karrie Murr and Melissa Whitaker; his grandchildren, Avery, Jocelynn, Shelby, Jareth, Will, Trinity and Jayden; and his siblings, Barry Price, Tammy Upton and Kim Lee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
