He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Wilson Oakley and Marjorie Oakley (Allen); and his brother Robert Oakley. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Oakley (West); his sons, Terry Oakley (Jan) of Smyrna, TN and Brian Oakley (Michelle) of Mount Juliet, TN; his grandchildren, Gail Hillis (Troy), Cindy Youngs (Jeff) and Tyler Oakley; his great grandchildren, Shawn, Brady Hillis, Allison and Paisley Youngs; and his sister Sue Kramer (Allen). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
