She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Williams; her parent B. H. Shipe; and her sisters, Boots Hammontree and Wanda Johnson. She is survived by: her daughter Vera; her son-in-law David Northern; and her sisters, Bobbie Pardue (Don), Martha Daly (Phil) and Bennie Daly. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, who she loved dearly, and her best friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Second United Methodist Church or a charity of your choice in honor of Jewel.
