He is survived by: his parents, Esteban Williams and Savina Brown; his wife Michell Nazareno Brown; his children, Julian Brown and Sharell Garner; and his siblings, Gary Brown, Angelo Smith, Florinda Shepard (Michael) and Suzzette Hammock (Michael). He is also survived by three grandchildren.
