He was predeceased by: his parents, Ulah Phillips and Jane Darnell Phillips; and his brother Tony Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Beth" Phillips; his children, Tammy Phillips, Joshua Phillips, Jacob Phillips and Jordan Phillips; and his siblings, Lynn Corlew, Deborah Maynard, Robert Phillips and Jeff Phillips. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
