He is survived by: his parents, William Franklin and Mary Jo Reed Rowley of Portland, TN; his wife Amanda Rowley; his sons, Zechariah Rowley of White House, TN and Nathanael Rowley of White House, TN; his brothers, Mark Rowley (Shelly) of Portland, TN and Steven Rowley (Heather); and his mother-in-law Judy Garton of Anderson, SC..
