He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Devers and Aileen Weaver Long; his former wife Linda Marie Broussard; and his siblings, Charles Devers and Betty Jo Lawson.

He is survived by: his fiancée Sheri Harrell of Walker, LA; and his children, Philip R. Devers, Jr. of Bartlett, TN and Angie Cutrer (Dana L. Cutrer) of McComb, MS. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
