He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Hale Hawkins; his children, Billy Chadwick Hawkins, Pamela Denise Hawkins Tidwell of Waynesboro, TN. and Lisa Rene Hawkins Haire of Epps, LA.; his grandchildren, Justin Griggs, Heather Malugen, Candace Shanes, Brandy Burks, Jordan Horton, Nicholas Horton and Logan Horton; his great grandchildren, Cheyene Malugen, Emory Malugen, Rhett Malugen, Audrey Shanes, Beau Shanes, Josey Griggs, Savannah Griggs, Ava Kate Burks, Tucker Burks, Jaxon Horton and Charlie Horton; and his siblings, Donald Ray Hawkins Sr. of Bastrop, Betty Rice of Denver City, TX and Dorothy Evans of Benton.
