He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Russell; and his sister Imogene Russell. He is survived by: his children, Matthew Russell and Miranda Kiser (Scot); his grandchildren, Addison and Sophie; and his siblings, J. H. Russell of Maryville, Lennie Russell of Maryville, Irene Clifton of Knoxville, Brenda Blevins of Maryville, Pat Hall of Chattanooga and Jeanette Smith of Fredericksburg.
