She is survived by: her children, Carol Conway (Larry) of Paducah, Garry Hartley (Tracy) of Union City and Allen Hartley (Brenda Myers); and her grandchildren, Cory Hartley (Toi) of Hope Sound, FL, Ashley Hartley of Union City, Kyle Conway (Hillary) of Hanson, KY and Ryan Hartley of Nashville. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
