He is survived by: his wife Michelle Williams Snell; his daughters, Abagail Snell and Madison Theilacker; his stepsons, Johnathan Welch (Tiffany) of Union City, Stephen Bell and Seth Bell of Union City; and his siblings, Debbie Griffes of Paducah, Karen Snell of Los Angeles, CA, Rebecca Wood of Los Angeles, CA and Aaron Snell of West Virginia.
