He is survived by: his wife Florence Neal (Webb) of Union City; his children, Danny Neal (Cathy) of Hayti, Missouri, Tina Argo (Melvin) of Union City and Tammy Rotgers (Robin) of Union City; his sisters, Lois Hale of Osceola, Wilma Irvin of Osceola, Paula Hill of Ward and Sammie Byrd of Cabot, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Rachael Neal, Lisa Neal Argo, Brandon Neal, Mandy Barner, Michael Argo, Christy Pickard, Savannah Blankenship, Houston Snead, Tyler Rotgers and Blake Rotgers. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren.
