He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Russell and Lorene Williams (Browning); and his siblings, Allene Goodwin, Louise Smith and Bobby Williams.
He is survived by: his daughter Susan; his son-in-law Jeff Hailey of Troy; and his great grandchildren, Meredith Robertson of Hornbeak, Luke Robertson of Hornbeak and Max Smallwood of Dyer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
