She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Louis Carpenter and Martha Lou Carpenter (Coleman); her husband Harold France; and her sister Margaret Felix. She is survived by: her children, Michael France (Melissa) of Rives and Katrina Dugger (Donald) of Troy; her grandchildren, Jonathan France (Corey Anne) of Union City, Rebekah Simmons (Lee) of Mason Hall, Lilly Moore of Union City, Kyle Dugger (Betsy) of Troy, Kurt Dugger of Rives and Beth Brown (Stevie) of Troy; and her siblings, Tommy Carpenter (Mary Ann) of Rives, Henry Carpenter (Brenda) of Springville, TN and Maggie Lou Brasfield of Milan. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
