He was predeceased by: his parents, Rueben L. Clouse and Catherine E. Clouse (Neville); his daughters, Christina Louise Clouse and Michele Hill; and his siblings, Robert Clouse, James Clouse, Louise Clouse, Frances Weides, Elizabeth Smith (Betty Mae), Theresa Meyers (Trix) and Rose Stauffer.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara June Govier; his grandchildren, Justin, Ben Jolliffe (Amanda), Cameron Hill, Katie York, Lucas, Isak, Isabella, Mattias Clouse and John Zimmerman; his great grandchildren, Wyatt and Logan Jolliffe; and his stepgrandchildren, Amaya, Chace Ramsey and Madison Galimanis.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the "23 Club Baseball" - Tom Clouse Memorial".
