He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Phillips and Pauline Fagg Phillips; and his siblings, Jack, Cobb, Wayne Phillips, Doris Neal and Era Wilhoite.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Phillips; his children, Corey Phillips (Rachel), Clay Phillips (Katrina) and Kim Robinette (Jeff); his sisters, Linda Hane and Lillian Stewart; his grandchildren, Jack, Henry, Emilee, Gage and Sara; and his great grandchildren, Kennedy and Asher.
