He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul and Kathleen Kelly, Sr.; his brother Paul Kelly, Jr.; and his sister-in-law Debbie Kelly. He is survived by: his daughter Lindsay McKinney (Chuck Shrum); his siblings, Kevin Kelly (Karen Van-Es), Colleen Fraley (William "Bill") and Kathleen "Kathy" Kelly; and his granddaughter Peyton McKinney. He is also survived by his loving family and friends.
