She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruben Leon and Ida Mooneyham Smith. She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Evans of Tullahoma, Steve Evans of Tullahoma and Barry Evans of Slidell, Louisianna.. She is also survived by four brothers.
