He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Matchett and Leona Wallace Matchett; and his sisters, Charlene Strain and Marilyn MacDonald. He is survived by: his wife Karen Matchett; his children, Trevor Matchett (Lisa Merryman Matchett) and Tracy Matchett; and his grandchildren, Aidan, Mairenn Matchett, Samantha and Savannah Sutton.
