She was predeceased by: her parents, John Russell and Alma Juanita Stephens (Bryant); and her siblings, Betty Lou Marshall, Elsie May Stephens, Daisy Ruth Yenson, David Edward Stephens, John Russell Stephens and Jonah Daniel Stephens.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald "Ron" Bultena; and her siblings, Rosie Belle Swift, Nancy Jane Richardson, Alice Faye Stephens and Joseph Dell Stephens (Phylis). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
