He is survived by: his wife Pat Todd Welch of Dresden; his children, Mitchell Walker (Sandra) and Lauri Hornsby (Brian); and his siblings, Cathy Duffina (Ernie), Tony Welch (Janet) and Donald Welch. He is also survived by three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
