He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Palmer and Jessima Colburn. He is survived by: his sons, Eric Palmer of Mountain Home, Arkansas, Craig Palmer and Cole Palmer (Maris) of Geronimo, Oklahoma. He is also survived by several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews; and four grandchildren.
