She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Campbell and Carrie Harder Campbell; her husband Tal Motes; and her brothers, Leonard Campbell, Jr. and Robert Campbell.

She is survived by: her children, Jim Thomas of Michigan, Robert McKnight of Michigan and Cindy McKnight of Michigan; and her sisters, Barbara Jones of Trenton and Cassie Cromwell of Arizona. She is also survived by two grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
