We are sad to announce that on January 19, 2023, at the age of 75, John Woodrow Sparks Jr. of Townsend, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Woodrow Sparks and Laura Sparks; and his siblings, Ed, Pete, Bill, Bud Sparks, Gaynell, Mae Bell, Darlene, Paulette, Judy, Joyce and Peggy.
He is survived by : his wife Rosemary Hatcher Sparks; his children, John "Rusty" Sparks and Laura; his son-in-law Kevin Kelso; his grandchildren, Cody McLemore, Savanna McLemore and Madeline Kelso; his great grandchildren (Twins) Harper and Atticus McLemore; his sisters, Betty Jo, Deana and Shirley; his adoptive daughter Monica; his goddaughter Annette; and his special nephew Rod. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home.
