He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne Miller Windsor. He is survived by: his children, Vicky Long (Brent) of Wynnburg, Michelle Morgan (Bob) of Tiptonville, Tim Windsor (Vivian) of Tiptonville, Greg Windsor (Cynthia) of Millington and Michael Wade Moore of Tiptonville; and his sisters, Betty Hayes and Georgia Whitson. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
