He was predeceased by: his sons, Franklin Gray and Jason Gray; his siblings, Mary Gray, Helen Ivy, Katherine Crum, Sammy Gray, R. A. Carnell and Marshall Gray; and his daughter-in-law Lisa Gray.
He is survived by: his son Jody Gray of Dyersburg; his grandchildren, Cody Gray of Dyersburg, Angela Gray Stevens of Halls and Millie Gray of Tiptonville; and his sisters, Janie Burkeen of Trenton and Frances Scott (Alfred) of Alamo.
