He is survived by: his wife Billie Ruth Park Hay of Thompson's Station; his daughter Janet Suzanne Bennett (Jimmy) of Cumberland Furnace; his sisters, Carolyn Walker and Elaine Hay (Vic Morsette); his nieces and nephews, Tristan, Sarah and Benjamin Bennett; and also Howard Jason Hay of Spring Hill.
