He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Ricker and Hazel Ricker; his wife Hazel Dean Ricker; and his siblings, Homer Lee Ricker, Lester Ricker, Jay Ricker, Mary Jane Hunter and Jessie Many Steele.

He is survived by: his children, Jake Ricker (Pat) of Ten Mile, Faye Ricker and April Taylor (Logan) of Ten Mile; and his siblings, Earl Ricker of Decatur, Dorothy Ann Crisp, Rita Ricker, Bonnie Appelt of Decatur and Betty Daniels of Riceville.
