Sylvia Choate Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 24, 2018, at the age of 63, Sylvia Choate (Ten Mile, Tennessee) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sylvia Choate to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Denver Choate and Velma Hines Choate; and her brothers, Doug Choate and Randy Choate. She is survived by: her siblings, Tim Choate (Teresa), Greg Choate of Ten Mile and Kim Eldridge (Jason) of Homestead, FL; and her sister-in-law Kelly Choate.

In lieu of flowers the family request memorial donations be made to the American Diabetes Association in Sylvia's memory.
