She was predeceased by: her parents, Sewell Howard and Betty Howard. She is survived by: her husband Ben Newvine; her sister Linda Crabtree (Jerry); her children, Scott Albertson (Heather) and Liz Albertson (BJ Alumbaugh); her stepsons, Scott Newvine (Chris) and David Newvine; her niece Tobi Melton (Brad); and her great-nephews, Justin Melton (Shaley), Zach Melton and Riley Melton.
